Overall, I have been very impressed with Woking Cats at Home. This is the first time I have ever used a pet feeding service. They really go above and beyond to ensure the cats needs are fully looked after. My cat Ellie is normally really nervous and will hide upstairs if a stranger comes in the house. I was impressed with how comfortable she felt with them and so quickly. The process was very efficient. They had thought of everything, even wearing shoe covers when they visited. When I needed to change the dates, they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend their services. The difference to Ellie was massive. Martin was an absolute pleasure. Our communication before and during has been the best we have ever experienced. We received updates on how Button's was and even a couple of pictures, which helped put us at ease. Martin was also kind enough to water our plants. I was very impressed with the service I got from Woking Cats at Home. We were a last minute booking and were contacted promptly after making an initial request and within a couple of days everything was organised. As well as taking very good care of Tootsie and Rocky, we really appreciated the daily WhatsApp updates, as we missed the cats and it put our minds at rest. It was also a lovely surprise to arrive home to some milk in the fridge, and a gorgeous photo of the cats which we later got as a keyring! All these extra little touches that come as part of the service are really appreciated and make it very good value for money. We will be using you again and recommending you to our neighbours. Christine and Martin were highly recommended to us, and have used them for the past couple of years. We have three cats of which one is quite elderly, so needs that bit extra of tender loving care. Whilst we are away, we receive a text now and then giving us updates. It is never a problem if we change our plans at short notice. Both my cats are very nervous so putting them into a cattery was out of the question. For several years, while travelling for either business or pleasure, Christine has cat sat for me.
